TrendFriend is a premium TradingView indicator suite built for traders who want a clearer, more structured way to read the market. Instead of relying on guesswork, TrendFriend combines trend conditions, price behaviour, structure, and exit logic into a visual signal system.
Depending on the version you use, TrendFriend can help you:
TrendFriend does not remove risk and it does not guarantee winning trades. It gives traders a structured framework for finding, managing, and reviewing setups.
For traders who want the foundation of TrendFriend. Core gives access to the original TrendFriend signal model, helping you identify structured entries and exits using the core system.
Learn MoreFor traders who want more trade management flexibility. Pro includes the core TrendFriend system plus the two take-profit versions, giving you a more flexible way to manage exits.
Learn MoreFor traders who want the full TrendFriend indicator suite. Complete includes all current TrendFriend versions, including the later-entry models and the advanced combinations of V3 entries with two take-profit exits.
Learn MoreTrendFriend helps traders focus on specific conditions rather than random price action. Its different versions allow you to choose the style that suits you best, from straightforward confirmation signals to more selective entries and multi-stage exits.
TrendFriend is designed to work with TradingView alerts, meaning you can set alerts across the assets and timeframes you care about. When a signal appears, TradingView can notify you directly. That means less screen-staring, fewer emotional decisions, and more time spent waiting for your actual setup instead of hunting for one.
Each version is designed around a complete trade idea.
The user remains responsible for market context, position sizing, and final trade decisions, but TrendFriend gives the structure.
TrendFriend includes several versions designed for different approaches. Some versions are designed to confirm a move earlier. Some are designed to enter later with potentially improved risk-to-reward. Some focus on quicker exits. Others aim to stay in stronger trends for longer. This allows traders to compare signal types and choose the version that best suits their trading style, timeframe, and market conditions.
Whether you're new to trading or a seasoned professional, the tools adapt to your workflow.
V1 is the original confirmation signal. It is designed to identify trade opportunities once the strategy conditions align. It uses the core TrendFriend entry and exit logic and provides a clean way to spot potential entries and exits on the chart. V1 can sometimes produce quicker exits, which may suit traders who prefer shorter trade duration or who want a simpler entry-to-exit model.
Best for
V2.0 builds on the core signal by adding a two take-profit model. The first take-profit is based around the original V1 exit logic, allowing traders to secure partial profit earlier. The second take-profit is designed to give the trade more room while still using a defined exit condition.
Best for
V2.1 also uses the two take-profit structure, but the second take-profit is designed to stay in larger trending moves for longer. Instead of using the same second exit as V2.0, V2.1 waits for a reversal condition. This can help capture bigger moves when the market trends strongly, though it may also give back more profit when moves reverse sharply.
Best for
V3 is designed as a later entry model. The aim is to enter after additional confirmation, which can reduce time spent in the market and may improve risk-to-reward compared with earlier entries. It will not always give the earliest possible entry, but that is the point: V3 is built for traders who prefer more confirmation before entering.
Best for
V4 and V4.1 combine the V3-style entry with the two take-profit exit models from V2.0 and V2.1. This gives traders the more selective V3 entry approach while still allowing structured partial exits. V4 uses the V2.0-style second exit. V4.1 uses the V2.1-style second exit.
